Terms of Service

Welcome to Woodcrest Wellness. By accessing or using our telehealth platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where we are licensed to practice to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Medical Services: Our platform connects you with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians based on their professional judgment. We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes.

Prescriptions: Medications are prescribed at the sole discretion of our licensed physicians. Not all patients will qualify for every treatment. Prescriptions are subject to medical appropriateness and state regulations.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your treatment plan. Pricing is transparent and provided before you commit to a plan. We accept major credit cards and do not bill insurance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your treatment plan at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Medications that have already shipped cannot be returned.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, misrepresent your identity or health information, share your account credentials, or attempt to obtain medications for others.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodcrest Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
